Date Night Wheel-Throwing class
Get ready—this class is a blast. No experience necessary, just come ready to try something new and have fun! It’s our most popular class for a reason: you get to throw on the wheel, make a tumbler or bowl, laugh a lot, and sip whatever you bring (BYOB). We also set you up with a charcuterie board and snacks so the whole night feels like an experience, not just a class.
In this 2–2.5 hour class, you’ll learn the basics of wheel throwing: how to center your clay, pull up walls, and shape a simple form. Then you’ll decorate your pieces using ceramic decals. At the end, choose your glaze color and we’ll take care of all firing and finishing. Your pieces will be ready for pickup in a few weeks.
What Will You Make?
Because Date Night is an introduction to wheel throwing, there is no single predetermined project. With step-by-step instruction, you’ll learn the basics of working on the pottery wheel and create your own functional piece.
Depending on how your piece develops on the wheel, you may create a tumbler (without a handle), bowl, matcha bowl, small catch-all/ashtray, scalloped bowl, or a similar form. Since wheel throwing is a skill that develops with practice, we can’t guarantee a specific shape during a one-time class—but with plenty of guidance, you’ll create a beautiful piece that is uniquely yours.
After throwing, you’ll personalize your pottery using underglaze decals—ceramic transfers featuring words, illustrations, patterns, and designs. With hundreds to choose from, you’ll have plenty of options to make your finished piece feel completely your own.
Price: $215 per couple

Try-It Wheel Throwing Classes
Curious about pottery but not ready to commit to a full course? Our Try-It Classes are the perfect way to dip your hands into the clay and experience the magic of wheel throwing—no experience necessary!
In this fun and informative 1.5-hour session, you'll get step-by-step guidance on how to use the pottery wheel. Learn how to center your clay, pull up walls, and shape a simple form like a cup or bowl. Afterward, you'll pick your favorite glaze color, and we’ll handle the rest—firing and finishing your piece so it’s ready for pickup in a few weeks.
These classes are great for individuals, friends, or anyone looking to try something creative and new. Just bring yourself and a sense of adventure!

Pumpkin Making Workshop 🎃
Date: November 1st 11-1:30pm OR November 8th 11-1:30pm
Price: $65 per person (not including taxes and fees)
All materials + firing included
Get into the fall spirit with clay! In this hands-on workshop, each person will receive 2 lbs. of clay and be guided step-by-step through sculpting their very own ceramic pumpkin.
No experience is necessary—we’ll walk you through the entire process from forming and shaping your pumpkin to adding the finishing details that make it uniquely yours.
After the workshop, we’ll take care of the drying, firing, and glazing. Every pumpkin will be finished in our signature Burnt Orange glaze combination and fired for you, creating a one-of-a-kind decorative piece you can bring out every fall.

Holiday Cookie Plate Workshop 🍪
Date: November 22nd, 12–2pm
Price: $90 per person (not including taxes and fees)
All materials + firing included
Make something special for your holiday table! In this hands-on workshop, we’ll guide you step-by-step through transforming a slab of clay into your very own ceramic cookie plate.
No experience is necessary! We’ll walk you through molding your plate, adding texture and decorations using rollers and cookie cutters, and hand-painting a centerpiece design to make it uniquely yours.
After the workshop, we’ll take care of the drying, firing, and glazing, turning your creation into a finished plate ready for holiday cookies, festive gatherings, and celebrations for years to come.
Create a serving plate for your next hosting event, a thoughtful housewarming gift, or a special cookie plate for your kids to leave out for Santa. Hint, hint: making a family cookie plate is a sweet way to start a holiday tradition!

Kids Klay: Holiday Workshops 🎃🍪

November 22nd, 10–11am — Kids Klay: Pumpkins
November 29th — Kids Klay: Gingerbread Ornaments
Price: $50 per child
All materials + firing included
Ages 5–12; children under 5 welcome with adult assistance
Join us for a fun, hands-on Kids Klay workshop! In these one-hour classes, children will learn basic handbuilding techniques while creating their own seasonal clay keepsakes.
On November 22nd, we’ll guide kids step-by-step through shaping and decorating their very own clay pumpkin. Each child will choose a glaze color, and we’ll glaze their pumpkin for them after class.
On November 29th, we’ll create ceramic gingerbread ornaments! Kids will shape, decorate, and paint their ornaments, making special keepsakes to hang on the tree or give as handmade holiday gifts.
No experience is necessary—we’ll walk everyone through the entire process, encouraging creativity and letting each child’s personality shine through their work.
After class, we’ll take care of the drying, glazing, and firing. Finished pieces will be ready for pickup approximately 4–5 weeks later.
Classes are open to ages 5–12. Children under 5 are also welcome, but their parent, guardian, or sitter must help them with the project steps. An accompanying adult must remain in the studio for the entire class, regardless of the child’s age.

Holiday Ornament Making Workshop 🎄

Get into the holiday spirit with clay! In this hands-on workshop, we’ll guide you step-by-step through creating three ceramic ornaments: a flat gingerbread house cookie, a Philly pretzel, and an ugly Christmas sweater cookie.
No experience is necessary—we’ll walk you through making all three, from shaping your ornaments to adding festive details and decorations that make them uniquely yours.
After the workshop, we’ll take care of the drying, clear glazing, and firing, turning your creations into finished ornaments ready for the holiday season.
