Try-It Wheel Throwing Classes
Curious about pottery but not ready to commit to a full course? Our Try-It Classes are the perfect way to dip your hands into the clay and experience the magic of wheel throwing—no experience necessary!
In this fun and informative 1.5-hour session, you'll get step-by-step guidance on how to use the pottery wheel. Learn how to center your clay, pull up walls, and shape a simple form like a cup or bowl. Afterward, you'll pick your favorite glaze color, and we’ll handle the rest—firing and finishing your piece so it’s ready for pickup in a few weeks.
These classes are great for individuals, friends, or anyone looking to try something creative and new. Just bring yourself and a sense of adventure!
Price: $75 per person

Date Nights
Looking for a unique and creative night out? Our 3 hour Date Night class is the perfect way to spend time with your partner or friends! You'll learn the basics of wheel throwing together, all while enjoying a relaxed, fun atmosphere. This is a BYOB event, and we’ll provide a selection of light bites and drinks to enjoy while you create.
After working on the wheel, we’ll head upstairs to our beautifully decorated gallery space, where you’ll learn how to add the finishing touches to your pieces. It’s a fun, hands-on experience that you’ll remember long after the night is over!

🍰 BABYFACE STUDIO WORKSHOP : Glaze Your Own Cake Planter 🍰

Each person will get a handmade ceramic cake planter—pre-baked (literally!) by BabyFace Studio owner, Kim, who crafts each one by hand. In this workshop, you’ll glaze and hand paint your very own cake to keep for yourself or gift to someone special.

Manayunk Arts Festival🎨🛍️
We’re thrilled to be a part of the Manayunk Arts Festival on Saturday, June 21nd and Sunday, June 22nd—the largest outdoor, juried arts festival in the tri-state area! This incredible event brings together over 300 artists from across the country, showcasing fine art, handmade crafts, jewelry, ceramics, photography, and more, all along historic Main Street in Manayunk. This festival holds a special place in our hearts. BabyFace Studio's journey began right here in the Emerging Artist Tent, grew into a street vendor booth, and has now blossomed into a full brick-and-mortar studio just up the block. It’s truly a full-circle moment, and we’re so honored to be part of it again—this time as an official neighborhood business!
