Gift Card Redemption & Policies

If you received a BabyFace Studio gift card, please note that the confirmation email does not include a checkout code. Due to platform limitations outside of our control, gift card information will be collected at checkout and processed on our end.

How to redeem your gift card:

At Checkout:
When registering for a class, you will be prompted to enter your gift certificate details. Please fill out all information accurately and completely, including a working, current email address. This is important because:

  • If the Studio cannot reach you due to incorrect or missing information, your spot in the class may be jeopardized, and we may release it to someone else.

  • All gift card information must match our records in order for your registration to be confirmed.

Payment and Confirmation:

  • Once you submit your gift card details, if the gift card does not cover the full class cost, we will send an invoice to the email provided.

  • You have 24 hours from the time the invoice is sent to pay the remaining balance.

  • Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in cancellation of your registration and forfeiture of your spot.

  • If all information is correct and verified, we will send a confirmation email confirming your spot. If there is an issue or missing info, we will follow up requesting clarification.

Gift Card Rules:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and expire one year from purchase.

  • Gift cards have no cash value and may only be used once. Any unused balance is forfeited if applied to a lower-priced class.

  • Class-specific gift cards must be used for the designated class only (e.g., Date Night $215, Try-It $81).

  • Generic gift cards ($50, $100) may be applied toward multiple classes or different class types.
